Selecting Music for the Wedding Ceremony
The traditional wedding ceremony includes the following. However, this is just an outline. I am happy to work with you to select music that fits your unique ceremony.
- Prelude – 15-30 minutes of music while your guests arrive and are being seated
- Seating of the Family – grandparents, parents, and any other special guests that are being escorted down the aisle
- Wedding Party Processional – the entrance of the groomsmen, bridesmaids, flower girl, ring bearer
- Bridal Processional – the entrance of the bride
- Special Ceremony Music – background music during the lighting of the unity candle, sand pouring, communion, etc.
- Recessional – Departure of the newlywed couple and the wedding party
- Postlude Music – Upbeat music while guests exit
